Your Bamboo.Store products are covered by a 1 year limited warranty. This warranty grants specific legal rights and may vary in each state.
The products sold by Bamboo.Store come with a 1-year warranty against Defects in material and workmanship. This warranty covers the products that are used for their intended purposes in a regular home environment.
This limited warranty covers defects arising from faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the specified limitations.
This limited warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear as a result of washing and intended use
- Comfort preference
- Physical harm or impairment to the items, such as burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains; however, it must be demonstrated that the flaw is a result of said harm or damage.
- Damage caused by commercial use, such as in a hotel, store or business.
- Any products (whether manufactured by Bamboo.Store or not) sold by resellers
In the case of a defect, Bamboo.Store's exclusive liability and your exclusive remedy under this limited warranty is the option of Bamboo.Store to provide a replacement product.
To receive the benefits of this limited warranty, you must return your products to Bamboo.Store and provide proof of purchase. If you need to ship the products back, Bamboo.Store will cover the shipping costs. Send any claims or evidence of defects to the email address provided at the end of the warranty. If there is a defect, Bamboo.Store will send you replacement products if applicable.
Replacement products are covered by the same limited warranty as the original products. In the event that you receive replacement products, the warranty period will commence from the date of purchase of the original products.
Special Conditions
In order to maintain fairness and ensure the best possible service for our valued customers, it may be necessary for us to request an email receipt or decline a return or exchange in extremely specific circumstances.
- Items that were not purchased directly from Bamboo.Store (such as items purchased at thrift stores, trade shows, affiliate websites or garage sales)
- Items with a missing label or an item that has been defaced
- Abuse of return / exchange policy - We allow 1 exchange per product category
- Items that have been soiled or contaminated.
- Items lost or damaged due to fire, flood or natural disaster
